Jonathan has a strong track record of securing complex, mixed-use planning permissions in sensitive heritage contexts across the golden triangle and the Oxford to Cambridge Arc.

Acting for investment funds, institutions, private developers, landowners, charitable trusts, and local authorities, he is commercially driven and specialises in securing complex, mixed-use planning permissions anchored by commercial and alternative uses.
It’s rarely simple, particularly when working in heritage contexts. Jonathan thrives on developing personal relationships with both his clients and planning authorities, which he knows is the key to problem solving and ensuring consents are deliverable.
He previously works as part of a team at an AJ100 Top 10 architectural practice. This gives him a unique insight into advising and supporting multi-disciplinary teams, and he uses this to the advantage of his clients.
With a detailed understanding of constantly evolving policy and regulations – and 15 years’ experience – Jonathan is well-equipped to lead your next ambitious planning application.
